Bridge of Hope Centre County partners single mothers with social service professionals and faith-based church groups, who serve as friends and mentors to families while helping them find permanent housing, sustainable employment, and personal and professional growth.
Single mothers, who are homeless or at risk of being homeless, are provided with housing assistance and a trained church mentoring group willing to help support families on their route to financial self-sufficiency.
Donations are needed to help financially support the families with their housing needs. In addition, BOHCC is looking for volunteers to help with its annual fundraising event, the Mother’s Day Walk.
